ABOUT ME

Picture
I am a huge proponent of living, moving and eating well. As a personal trainer, I educate my clients on all the components of an optimal lifestyle: sleep, movement, nutrition and stress management. My intention is to help people feel and live better, have a more positive outlook and be prepared for life. I also strive to continuously be better in my own body, mind and life, and do so through continued education, self-studies, working with others, and practice. I am passionate about applying and sharing these great tools with others.

Additionally, living optimally goes beyond the physical, and I'm a big believer in doing both the inner and outer work to live your best life. After many years of doing my own personal development work (which continues, by the way, as life always reveals more to learn), I intuitively felt that there was something deeper I wanted to offer, beyond personal training. Eventually, that led me to the Institute of Coaching Mastery and transformational life coaching. I am now a trauma-informed, Mastery Method trained life coach.

Personal Training
